Peanut Butter Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. water
    2/3 c. light corn syrup
    2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    powdered sugar (generous amount)
    peanut butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar, water and syrup in deep pan.
    Bring to a boil. Cook to hard ball stage or 250\u00b0.
    Slowly pour over egg whites while beating with mixer.
    Beat until candy clings to spoon and loses most of its shine.
    Let cool.
