Tangy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 c. Wheat Chex cereal, crushed to 3/4 c.
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine catsup, brown sugar and dry mustard. Remove 4 tablespoons of the mixture and reserve for topping.
    To remaining mixture, add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, pepper and egg; blend well.
    Stir in green pepper and Wheat Chex.
    Add ground beef; mix well.
    Shape into loaf in shallow pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 minutes.
    Remove from oven and spread top with reserved catsup mixture.
    Bake an additional 15 minutes.
