Pilgrim Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked turkey chunks (about 20 oz.)
1 c. frozen peas
1 c. frozen corn kernels
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans turkey gravy or 2 1/4 c. leftover turkey gravy
1/4 c. snipped chives, divided
1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
4 c. leftover mashed potatoes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
In a large bowl, mix turkey, peas, corn, gravy, 2 tablespoons of the chives and the thyme.
Turn into a shallow 2 1/2 to 3-quart baking dish; set aside.
