Hot Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
2 cans (6 oz. each) crabmeat, drained and flaked
1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped green onions
2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
2 Tbsp. chopped red pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients except 2 tablespoons of the onions and red pepper until well blended.
Spoon onto 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons onions and red pepper before serving. Serve with assorted crackers.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
