Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. fresh green beans
1/4 c. oil
6 Tbsp. vinegar
1 large garlic clove, mashed
2 whole green scallions, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 thin slices salami or leftover ham
Preparation

Combine oil, vinegar, garlic, scallions, salt and pepper; mix well.
Trim beans and cook in boiling, salted water for about 20 minutes.
Do not overcook.
Drain well.
Place warm beans in salad bowl.
Pour dressing over warm beans.
Add salami or cooked leftover ham and toss well. Serves 6 to 8.
