*Pineapple Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. sour cream (commercial)
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. pineapple syrup (from canned pineapple)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded cabbage
2 canned pineapple rings, cut in small wedges or a small can pineapple wedges
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, stir together the sour cream, salt, mustard and pineapple syrup.
Add cabbage and pineapple; mix thoroughly. Serve at once or chill for 1 hour.
Serves 4.
