Stuffed Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large round steak, cut 1/2-inch thick and tenderized
    6 strips bacon
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) mushrooms, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix the ground beef with chopped mushrooms, salt, chopped onion, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard.
    Spoon the mixture over the steak.
    Roll the sides of the steak like a jelly roll over the stuffing.
    Bind with bacon strips wrapped around the roll at regular intervals.
    Fasten bacon end with toothpicks.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Slice so each serving will have bacon slice around outside edge.
    Makes 6 servings.
