Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. squash, cooked and drained
    1/4 c. onion
    1/4 c. bell peppers
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix all
    ingredients.
    Put into a casserole dish.
    Cook at 375\u00b0.
    When
    done,\tsprinkle
    buttered bread crumbs or Ritz crackers on top, then let it brown.
