13 oz. fat pork, chopped fine
1 pt. hot water
3 eggs
3 c. dark brown sugar
3 tsp. saleratus *
1 1/2 lb. raisins
6 c. flour
spices to suit taste
1 1/2 glasses flour
1 glass sugar
2 eggs in glass half-filled with milk
flavoring
11 tsp. melted butter (added last)
