Theresa'S Tex-Mex Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    8 to 10 tomatillos, husked, washed and stems removed
    3 c. white wine
    2 cloves garlic
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) can chili peppers, drained, seeded and chopped
    3/4 tsp. cumin seed
    1/2 c. chopped cilantro
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    The selection of chili peppers is up to you.
    I, personally prefer a fairly hot jalapeno, but suit your own taste.
    Combine all ingredients in crock-pot, according to your manufacturer's particular directions.
    Cook until chicken falls apart.
