Pasta And Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. uncooked macaroni
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. lemon juice concentrate
1/4 c. water
1 (.7 oz.) pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
1 1/2 c. small broccoli flowerets
1 c. coarsely shredded carrots
1 1/2 c. sliced zucchini
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
lettuce leaves (optional)
Preparation

Cook macaroni according to directions.
In a small jar with tight-fitting lid, combine oil, lemon juice, water and salad dressing mix and shake well.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce.
Toss with dressing.
Cover.
Chill several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
Serve on lettuce.
Refrigerate leftovers.
