Jalapeno Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    3 oz. roll garlic cheese
    3 oz. roll jalapeno cheese
    1/3 c. chopped pimentos
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    salt and pepper
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Slice potatoes in 1/4 rounds; boil until tender and drain. Make sauce with milk, flour and cheeses; add salt and pepper to taste.
    In a large baking dish, layer potatoes (half of recipe), onion, green pepper and pimentos, then make another layer of same. Pour sauce over all; bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
