Touchdown Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 stick cold butter
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix flour, brown sugar and butter until crumbly; stir in chocolate chips.
    Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Stir milk, egg, vanilla and chocolate chips.
    Pour on crust.
    Bake again 25 minutes.
    Remove and cool.
    May add chopped nuts and coconut.
