Whipped Topping(Diabetic Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cold water
    1/3 c. skim milk powder
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    1/2 tsp. gelatin
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 to 2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In a small bowl combine 1/4 c. cold water and skim milk powder. Chill.
    In a saucepan cook 1 Tbsp. cold water and gelatin.
    Heat and stir constantly until gelatin is thoroughly dissolved.
    Add to milk mixture.
    Beat with an electric mixer until stiff.
    Add sugar, vanilla and lemon juice.
    Continue to beat.
