Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. chili powder
cooking oil
1 large onion, chopped
salt to taste
1 large tomato, chopped fine
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 can refried beans
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
20 to 24 tortillas
Enchilada Sauce
Preparation

Cook ground beef and about 1/4 chopped onion, covered, until meat changes color and onion is tender.
Add spices, salt and beans.
Cook tortillas in oil just enough to make them soft.
