Ingredients

8 slices Texas toast
1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
16 slices bacon, fried
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Place the slices of bread on a cookie sheet.
Top each slice with 1 tablespoon of salsa.
Crumble 2 slices of bacon onto each slice.
Put the chopped onion on top of the bacon, dividing it among the 8 slices.
Finally, put the shredded cheese on top of all the sandwiches.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Serves 4.
