Indonesian Peanut Sate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean boneless beef sirloin, cut into 3/4-inch cubes (chicken can be used)
    1 small onion, cut up
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 recipe Peanut Sauce (recipe follows)
Preparation
    In blender, place onion, lime juice, soy sauce, garlic and broth.
    Blend until smooth.
    Place meat and marinade in a plastic bag and refrigerate for about 4 hours.
    Remove the meat and save the marinade.
