Real Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    5 Tbsp. oleo
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Cut oleo into dry mixture.
    Dissolve yeast in warm buttermilk.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Work through as little as possible.
    Knead one time.
    Roll out to 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Let stand 20 minutes.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 minutes in preheated oven.
