Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can salmon, discard bones and juice
1 c. mashed potatoes
2 eggs
cracker crumbs
Preparation

Mix salmon, mashed potatoes, eggs and 1 cup cracker crumbs. Shape into patties or balls.
Dip in beaten egg and roll in cracker crumbs.
Fry in hot oil.
