Almond Roca - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts
chocolate chips
chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix and cook on medium-high heat for approximately 5 minutes or until nice and brown.
Add 1/2 cup nuts and cook until dark in color.
Pour out on foil-lined cookie sheet.
When cool, frost with melted chocolate chips.
Sprinkle with nuts and frost other side.
