Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dry rice
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    2 bouillon cubes (beef or chicken flavor)
    4 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In a large skillet, melt butter.
    Add rice; brown, stirring often, to a light brown.
    Add boiling water; stir.
    Turn heat down to simmering.
    Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add bouillon cubs, soy sauce and, if dried down, add 2 cups more water and simmer until done, but not soft or mushy.
    Serve with stir-fry vegetables and beef or chicken.
