Beef Stick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Make into 3 rolls.
    Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 36 hours.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
