Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 soft avocados, coarsely mashed
1 fresh tomato, seeded and finely chopped
2 roasted, peeled green chilis, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation

Mix all ingredients; add salt to taste.
Serve in a dip dish with tostados or chips.
Sprinkle with lemon juice to keep from darkening.
