Chicken Roll Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 tsp. ginger root
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. sweet and sour duck sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped and drained
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    endive
Preparation
    Heat oil in frying pan.
    Add chicken, soy sauce and stir- fry until chicken is cooked.
    Remove chicken from pan and set aside. Place onion, garlic, celery and ginger in the frying pan and cook until tender.
    Return chicken to the pan with onion, celery mixture.
    Add duck sauce, water chestnuts and red pepper.
    Heat thoroughly, stirring often.
