Oyster Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. fresh oysters (2 containers), diced
saltines, crushed
2 or 3 stalks celery, diced
1 onion, minced
8 Tbsp. butter
lemon juice
Preparation
-
Sprinkle crackers over bottom of casserole dish.
Using 3 layers, alternate ingredients:
oysters, celery, onion, butter. Sprinkle with lemon juice and top with crackers.
End layer should be crackers.
