"Sybles" Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large yellow squash
    2 large cans Italian stewed tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cut and cook squash; drain.
    Put squash (lightly salted) in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Pour tomatoes onto squash.
    Top with cheese.
    Crumble crackers on top.
    Put in oven, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes to brown top of casserole.
