Bubbat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake yeast
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    about 1 lb. smoked sausage
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald milk and cool until lukewarm.
    Add yeast (dissolved) and sugar.
    Add beaten egg, salt and flour to make a soft dough.
    Let rise.
