Tex Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium, ripe avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans jalapeno bean dip
    1 c. chopped green onions
    3 medium tomatoes, cored and chopped
    2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans ripe olives
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar
    1 large bag round tortilla chips
Preparation
    Peel, pit and mash avocados in medium size bowl.
    Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning in another bowl.
    Spread bean dip on big serving platter; top with seasoned avocado mixture.
    Sprinkle with onions, tomatoes and olives.
    Cover with cheese.
    Serve chilled or room temperature.
    Fills 2 (9 x 13-inch) pans.
