Gingerbread (Mama'S) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sorghum molasses
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. Crisco (butter flavor preferred)
    1 c. boiling water plus 1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend Crisco
    and
    sugar.
    Add
    syrup.
    Add
    eggs, then flour mixture.
    Add
    soda
    to
    boiling water and add slowly to first mixture and beat thoroughly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cake is springy and comes away from pan, about 30 minutes.
