Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 lb. ground round steak
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. mashed potatoes
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix 1/2 cup crumbs, meats, potatoes and egg in large bowl. Add milk, then seasonings. Shape into balls and roll lightly in remaining crumbs. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in hot skillet. Add meat balls and brown evenly on all sides. Cover and cook about 15 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
