Dark Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. light molasses
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    3 Tbsp. sour milk or buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. wheat germ (optional)
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
    Stir in wheat germ. Cream together butter or margarine, sugar and molasses.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add flour mixture alternately with bananas and milk.
    Beat after each addition.
    Pour mixture into a greased pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
    Cool slightly.
