Meat-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chopped onion
oil
1 lb. ground meat
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 chopped green pepper
1 can tomatoes, broken up
1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation

Brown chopped onion in small amount of oil.
Add ground meat and brown; break it up as it cooks.
Add salt, pepper, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, green pepper, tomatoes and rice. Cook in a greased covered baking dish at 350\u00b0 or until rice is done.
Be sure the rice is covered with liquid so it will not dry out and be sure the lid fits well.
(Aluminum foil works well.)
