Easy Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    3 1/2 c. flour
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg and sugar until light.
    Add milk, flour, baking powder and salt.
    Beat well.
    Add nuts.
    Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Cool on wire rack.
