Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, diced
    1 medium bell pepper, diced
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 large (15 oz.) can whole corn
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    12 tortillas (corn or flour)
    16 oz. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Steam or microwave onion and bell pepper until tender, 3 minutes if microwave.
    Mix onion, bell pepper, ground beef, corn, rosemary, oregano, marjoram, salt and black pepper in large skillet or saucepan.
    Combine tomato sauce and enchilada sauce. Pour half the sauce mixture over beef mixture and simmer for 5 minutes.
