Chicken Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pieces chicken, skinned
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 stalk celery, sliced thin
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Skin chicken and boil until done with onion soup mix and celery (about 30 minutes).
    Remove from heat.
    Add rice.
    Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
    Serve with cranberry sauce.
    Low calorie and very filling.
