Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. hot sausage
Preparation
    Mix sausage with biscuit mix.
    Melt cheese in top of double boiler.
    Add cheese to sausage mixture and stir to blend.
    Make into tiny balls and freeze.
    Thaw when ready to bake on ungreased cookie sheet in hot oven at 400\u00b0.
    Serve hot.
    Makes about 100 to 150.
