Busy Day Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Mahatma long grain rice
    1 fryer, cut into serving pieces
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Scatter uncooked rice on bottom of a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Lay chicken, skin side up, on top of rice. Combine mushroom soup and onion soup mix. Pour over chicken. Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 2 hours. Makes about 6 servings.
