Whole Wheat Quick Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. molasses or honey
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine egg, buttermilk, molasses and melted butter.
    Stir in dry ingredients that have been mixed together.
    Stir in nuts and raisins and spoon batter into two greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
