Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter
Preparation
-
Combine sugar, flour and salt.
Add to well beaten eggs and milk in saucepan.
Cook until thickened.
Add vanilla, coconut and butter.
Cool.
Pour into a baked pie shell.
