Honey Nut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. honey
    grated rind from 1 orange
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
    Grease muffin cups.
    Mix together first six ingredients.
    Combine flour and baking powder and add to honey mixture, stirring just until flour is moistened. Stir in nuts; fill muffin cups 3/4 full and bake 15 to 20 minutes.
