Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sliced pineapple
1 jar maraschino cherries
1 generic cake mix (no pudding)
1 c. milk
1 c. boiling water
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. oil
Preparation

Put the sliced pineapple in a 3-quart roaster with cherry maraschino cherries in the middle.
Mix cake mix and milk together.
Stir and pour over the pineapple and cherries.
Mix together the water, brown sugar and oil.
Stir and pour over cake mix.
Microwave on High for 12 minutes and then check.
May have to add 1 to 2 minutes more depending on your wattage.
Let set 4 to 5 minutes and then flip over in the cover of the Fresh N Fancy.
