Passover(Haroses) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 apple, chopped
1/2 c. walnuts, ground
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. red wine (to moisten)
1/2 tsp. sugar (optional)
Preparation

Coarsely grate apple and mash thoroughly with nuts and cinnamon.
When mixture is smooth, add wine and mix again.
Add sugar to taste.
