Stuffed Mushrooms(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 large mushroom caps
    3 minced cloves of garlic
    4 oz. cream cheese
    freshly ground pepper, chives and parsley to taste
    1 shredded piece whole wheat bread
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
    Arrange caps in buttered dish.
    Chop stems into tiny pieces.
