Chunky Cheese Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb.), cut into 2-inch strips
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 medium zucchini, cut in half lengthwise, then into 1/2-inch slices
    1 large green bell pepper, chopped
    1 large red bell pepper, chopped
    8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 (26 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    2 c. (8 oz.) Kraft Mozzarella cheese
    8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
Preparation
    Cook chicken in oil in large skillet until no longer pink (5 minutes).
    Remove chicken from pan and drain all but 1 tablespoon oil.
    Add zucchini, bell pepper, mushrooms, onion and garlic to skillet.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until crisp-tender.
    Add chicken and spaghetti sauce.
    Cook until thoroughly heated.
    Add 1 cup cheese; cook and stir just until cheese melts.
