Raspberry Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh raspberries
    2 c. grilled sliced chicken
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
    1/2 c. mayo or plain yogurt
    1 tsp. grated lime rind
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Stem, gently rinse berries, pat dry and set aside.
    Toss diced chicken with celery and almonds, then raspberries.
    In a separate small bowl, blend mayo or yogurt with grated lime rind, juice and salt.
    Pour over chicken; gently toss to coat.
    Serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
    Serves 4.
