Citrus Glazed Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 small orange, sliced and seeded
    1 lemon, sliced and seeded
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. walnuts or pecans
    1 (5 to 6 lb.) bone-in leg of lamb
Preparation
    For glaze:
    Combine cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg in saucepan.
    Stir in honey and water.
    Add orange and lemon slices. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove and discard orange and lemon slices.
    Add walnuts and raisins.
