Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. light turkey sausage, browned and drained
    6 eggs or Egg Beaters equivalent for 6 eggs
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack or your choice)
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix and bake in a greased 2-quart casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    This may be mixed the night before and baked next morning.
