Simple Stuffed Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flounder
    6 oz. crabmeat
    1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted oleo
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix crabmeat, buttered crumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl.
    Lay fish flat.
    Spread mixture on top and then roll fillets like a jelly roll.
    Place rolls in a shallow baking dish lined with butter.
    Then pour white sauce over fish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
