Low-Fat, Low Calorie Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. egg substitute
    2 Tbsp. artificial sweetener
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 can nonfat evaporated milk
    3 c. nonfat milk
    1 Tbsp. brandy extract
Preparation
    Blend with mixer on medium speed until foamy.
    Chill 24 hours. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
