Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 garlic toe, cut fine
    1/2 c. grated Italian cheese (Parmesan)
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. dried parsley
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; add water (a little at a time, until mixture is soft).
    Form meatballs and place on a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Then turn over and bake another 20 minutes.
